The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement with the aim of object the Development and creation of a digital and social environment for Paris Aéroport, Groupe ADP and Extime on Chinese social platforms. The services are described in the specifications. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single holder. Development and creation of a digital and social environment for Paris Aéroport, Groupe ADP and Extime on Chinese social platforms The holder of the framework agreement will be entrusted with the development and creation of a digital and social environment for Paris Aéroport, Groupe ADP and Extime on Chinese social platforms. Non-exhaustive list of expected services: •Strategic planning, design of digital universes meeting identified needs and targets. •Design, development, technical expertise and legal support for the development of the presence of Groupe ADP brands on the Chinese web: legal representation, hosting, monitoring and project management (design, development and web integration; including reporting, monitoring of KPIs etc.). •Advice on technology, connecting computer application interfaces with web services dedicated to passengers Chinese, and on the organization of the team for the management of digital universes. •Training, audits, benchmarks and strategic advice intended to develop the reputation of Paris Aéroport and Extime among the audience...
