- The services are divided into lots in accordance with article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code, treated by separate markets and defined as follows:
lot n 1: Center,
lot n 2: North friend,
lot n 3: West friend,
lot n 4: South friend.
Lot n 1-Center friend
Mono-attribute framework agreementof services to order form without amount
minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 130,000.00 euros excl. Tax in accordance with
articles R2162-2, R2162- 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date ofNotification of the contract.
On the date of renewal of the contract, the latter may be renewed three (3) times
tacitly per period of one year.
Lot n 2-North friend
Mono-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders without amount
minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 60,000.00 eurosHT in accordance with
articles R2162-2, R2162- 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract.
On the date of renewal of the contract, the latter may be renewed three (3)Times
tacitly per period of one year.
