Description:
Open tender is subject to the provisions of articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. This consultation will be made in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the public order code relating to framework agreements. It is a framework agreement with orders and a lump sum. The order-fitting part is processed without minimum, with a maximum of 1,200,000.00 HT for lot 1 and 50,000.00 HT for lot 2 on the total duration of the framework agreement as provided for in article 2.1 of the consultation regulations and concluded with an economic operator. Each of the lots will be the subject of a framework agreement. Each batch will be the subject of a framework agreement. Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots. The same candidate may be awarded a maximum number of 1 lot.
