Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the design/realization of the temporary exhibition A fight for peace, Albert Kahn (1860-1940) (Provisional title) of the Albert Kahn Departmental Museum.
Unlike the permanent route, which offers an overview of the Albert Kahn project and an approach Centered on the founder's biography, temporary exhibitions, by a documentary and sensitive approach, deepen the main themes of the work which resonate with current social issues. In order to meet a large audience, they are offered over a period long.
Thus, the exhibition "A fight for peace, Albert Kahn (1860-1940)" (working title) will be proposed from mid-October 2026 (forecast date), on the entire set dedicated to temporary exhibitions (572m2) for an approximate period of 8 months.
For its fourth Large temporary exhibition, the new Albert-Kahn departmental museum puts at the heart of its words the fundamental principles of pacifism according to Albert Kahn.
