Description:
The purpose of this market is to designate a service provider to carry out a feasibility study as well as the creation of a school group bringing together two existing schools and an extracurricular in Beaune, in a functional and educational sense, while promoting optimization land of spaces. This market has passed in the form of a formalized procedure in application of articles L.1111-1 and L.2124-1 and articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the public procurement code. The market is split and is the subject of a firm edge with 2 phases and 3 tranches optional. The optional slices will be strengthened by service order. They can be fertilized independently of each other. The non -strengthening of one or more optional slices will not be able to give rise to compensation of the service provider. The market will be concluded from of its notification. The duration of the market includes all contractual deadlines and obligations (administrative, financial obligations and contractual guarantees).
