- The operation consists of the construction of a public Parking and Esplanade facility at Pointe des Allies, located on the Pointe des Allies site of the ZAC du Grand Large in DUNKIRK. The project provides for the creation of a public car park with a minimum of 150 spaces spread over two levels, integrated in a landscaped mound, the roof of which will constitute a green public esplanade, linked to the high promenade and the surrounding urban developments.
