Description:
This consultation concerns a framework agreement for design, supply, installation and maintenance of control lines for the Tisseo public transport network.
This framework agreement has increased within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code with the following entities:
- Tisseo ENGENIERIE
- Tisseo Collectivitis
- Tisseo travelers
This framework agreement will run through subsequent markets and orders.
Each of the entities member of the order group may issue orders orders and conclude subsequent markets within the framework of the execution of the framework agreement.
Each member of the group ensures the technical and financial execution of the subsequent markets and orders concluded for their own needs.
The coordinator of the order group is: TISSEO Engineering acting by Delegated Contracting Authority Mandate. He is in charge of the award, the signature and notification of the framework agreement.
The first subsequent market which will be awarded concomitantly to the framework agreement concerns the design, supply and installation of lines of Control for line C. The subsequent market will be awarded to the framework holder. This subsequent market will be carried by Tisseo Engineering.
