Description:
Biological treatment includes four units composed respectively of existing works:
_ of a primary decanter;
_ of a supply channel of ventilation works;
_ ventilation works composed of 12 floor ventilation channels with a circulation in piston flow;
_Clarifier with measurement of treated waters;
_ of a work of recirculation of sludge and extraction of excess sludge.
_ of technical premises comprising the turbocharger HV-Turbo of ventilation of basins and the electrical premises associated with each unit.
The capacities of the different stagesBiological treatment are as follows:
_ Point time rate _ Primary treatment: 18,000 m³/H
_ Timal flow by pass to the rejection of primary treatment "named EMH": 12,000 m³/h*_ _ cutting-up _ Biological treatment: 12,000 m³/h*
- Performances sought
Performancessought after are framed according to two performance levels are sought:
_ Minimum level: increase in hydraulic capacity for biological treatment up to 14,000 m3/h at the point of dry time (i.e. 3,500 m3/h/unit) and increase in the load treated in DBO5/DCO and% compared to the current situation;
_ optimum level: increase in hydraulic capacity for biological treatment up to 16,000 m3/h at the point of dry time (4,000 m3/h/unit) and increase in the load treated in DBO5/DCO and MES of 35 % compared to the current situation;
