Divided into 3 tranches: firm phase (TF): Design of the parking in its entirety and realization of the work of phase 1 relating to 341 optional sections 1 (TO1): realization of the work of phase 2relating to 409 places whose hindrance is notified to the holder no later than 4 months before the forecast date at the end of the work of phase 1 optional tranche 2 (TO2): realization of phase 2 relating to 409 places whose strengthening is notified to the holder beyond 4 months beforeAnd no later than 24 months after the end date at the end of the work of phase 1 the optional TO1 and TO2 slices constitute an alternative so that the client reserves the right to strengthen one or the other of these tranches or none of the two.
