Divided into 3 sections:
Farm edge (TF): Design of the parking in its entirety and realization of the work of phase 1 relating to 341 spaces
Optional tranche 1 (TO1): realization of the work of phase 2 relating to 409 spaces whose strengthening is notifiedAt the holder no later than 4 months before the end date of the end of the work of the phase 1
optional tranche 2 (TO2): realization of phase 2 relating to 409 places whose strengthening is notified to the holder beyond 4 months before and at the latest 24 months after the forecast date ofEnd of the work of phase 1
the optional slices to1 and to2 constitute an alternative so that the client reserves the right to strengthen one or the other of these tranches or none of the two.
Each tranche is concluded at a flat-rate price
