Description:
The purpose of this market is to support and communicate on the progress of studies and work on the extension of the T1 in Colombes, on a daily basis thanks to a system that is both institutional and proximity. A suitable and controlled institutional communication system:
- by creating a report Proximity to relay partners and regularly provide them with educational communication media.
- by finding the diffusion channel most in line with target audiences, impacted
- a local communication that will aim:
- to anticipate the impact of the Realization of the site
- to make people impacted by the work of the sites wait by valuing the project
- to listen to your environment
The form chosen for the execution of the contract is composite with a part at a global and flat -rate price and a part of ordering without minimum and with maximum within the following financial limits:
1st year:
- Minimum amount: not applicable
- Maximum amount: 160,000 Euro (s) HT/year

2nd /3rd /4th year:
- Maximum amount: 280,000 Euro (s) HT/year
or 1,000,000 euros excluding tax for the duration market.
The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year from its date of notification and perhaps renewed 3 times per period of 1 year without exceeding 4 years
