Design, realization and delivery of textile lots (excluding promotional objects for regional transport Aleop)
This framework agreement is the design, realization and delivery of textile lots (T-shirt, jacket polo shirt, cap, apron, etc.) marked at the identity of the regionPays de la Loire and intended for all events organized or helped by the region.
This framework agreement does not concern orders for textile promotional objects for regional transport Aleop (name of the regional transport service), this service being the subject of a marketspecific.
The Region reserves, moreover, the right to order textile objects not intended for the general public (gifts in lower quantity and specific quality) with another supplier.
The framework agreement takes effect from its date of notification to the holder. It is concludedFor a duration of 12 months renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for a new period of 12 months without its duration being exceeding 48 months.from the framework agreement to the holder. In the event of non-reaches, the holder cannot claim any compensation.
