Description:
A first consultation was launched in 4 batches. By decision dated November 18, 2025, the community declared lot no. 3: Construction site signage due to a material error appearing in article 5.3 of the act of commitment. This consultation only concerns the relaunch of the batch 3:Site signage. The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2 years from its date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is one year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
