Description:
This consultation concerns a design market carried out with performance monitoring, for rehabilitation in the occupied environment of 312 housing units located at 2-4-6-8 rue Salluste, 26-28 rue Horace, 1-3-5 rue Horace, 11-13 rue Horace, 15-17 rue Horace and 58-60-62-64 rue Virgile in Strasbourg In the Hohberg district, including the tenant interface.
The specificity of the project requires combining technical skills in the establishment of studies and the execution of rehabilitation work- hence the launch of the rehabilitation operation in design-realization market in Application of article L.2171-2 of the public procurement code.
The main purpose of the market is renovating and improving the energy and environmental performance of buildings.
Objectives to be achieved:
• At least reach the BBC level BBC residential renovation 2024 (Order of 03/10/2023) ;
• Reach a minimum gain of 40% energy and 80kWh/year/m2 between conventional building energy consumption before and after rehabilitation for heating, domestic hot water, lighting and auxiliaries with the 3CL method for obtaining the eco-loan;
•Reach A minimum gain of 70% greenhouse effect with the 3CL method for the bonus of the eco-loan;
