This consultation relates to a mono framework agreement with the design of design in subsequent markets, which is in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the public procurement code without minimum amount for the total duration of the market and with a maximum amountFrom 10,000,000 euros HT for the total duration of the market.
This consultation is to implement a procedure associating the technique of the framework agreement and the design market to build individual housing carried out under AMSOM Habitat project management,In the Somme department.
This consultation launched in procedure with negotiation aims to appoint by mono-attribute framework agreement a multidisciplinary team, which will be awarded subsequent design contracts.Subsequent design market of design will fix through a program the content of the mission to be carried out by the group.
This market excludes all services on asbestos materials.
For new operations beyond 12 dwellings, the buyer will carry outof this framework agreement.
