Public service delegation: concession. "The SDE 76, as coordinator of a group of conceding authorities [with the municipalities of Lillebonne and Gournay-en-Bray], wishes to conclude a public service delegation for design, financing, realization, exploitation of a departmental Ireve network and the only exploitation of terminals not carried out and installed by the delegate, including: - The resumption of the existing park carried out under the project management of the SDE 76 or its member municipalities and certain non -adherent municipalities detailed in appendix 3 and the exploitation of said park; - design, financing, realization, and exploitation of at least 90 % of the new charges located on transit axes, carpooling areas and multimodal exchange poles detailed in appendix 2.1; - design, financing, Realization, and the operation of a maximum of 368 new charges, located in public car parks and on roads intended for the inhabitants of collective housing not equipped with detailed private parking in appendix 2.2; - the exploitation of the terminals which will be carried out, if necessary under the Contracting authority or delegated contracting authority of the SDE 76 and the members members of the group of conceding authorities which would not have been carried out by the delegate, and inscribed in appendix 2.2.
