Description: The purpose of this contract is the design, development and integration of a Sentinel2 satellite handling and satellite handling software suite dedicated to the observation and analysis of mangroves. This software suite will meet and will be developed according to the requirements described in the Specific Technical Clauses (CCTP No. 21/09) and the Specific Administrative Clauses (CCAPN ° 21/09). The market also includes corrective maintenance and evolving maintenance services as well as reversibility services as described in said CCAP and CCTP.
The contract has passed according to a procedure adapted pursuant to Articles L.2123-1 and R.2123-1 to R.2123-7 of the Public Order Code.
