This consultation concerns services for the design, manufacturing and delivery of carnivalsque tanks as well as the supply of trays for the Mandelieu-La Napoule Mimosa Day. The passing procedure used is: the adapted procedure open. She is subject to Provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1 and R.2123-4 of the public procurement code. The nature of the services subject to the market is the list of social services and other specific services, in application of 3 of article R.2123-1 and article R.2131-14 of the public procurement code, allowing whatever the estimated value of the need to use an adapted procedure.
