- As part of the dismantling program for the Phenix power plant, the treatment of the different batches of sodium (primary and secondary) must be carried out. For this, several installations or processes are planned to be put in place, including the INES process (Installation de Neutralisation de la Souvenir).of). INES will neutralize the soda from NOAH (building and process for the destruction of sodium by hydrolysis) and then discharge it into the Rhone. The overall performance contract will relate to the design, production, operation and maintenance of the INES process (NEutralisat Installationion de la Soude).
