Description:
The Coquibus school group is made up of three zones: Zone 2: Part under construction, delivery scheduled for April 2026, Zone 1B: Part delivered and occupied by a nursery school Zone 1A: Part partially delivered, having suffered a fire in the summer of 2025. The construction site will take place on a partially occupied site. The services corresponding to the contract relate to project management and works missions (see the consultation documents). The terms of participation and the conditions for submitting applications are described in the RC application phase. By way of derogation from articles R.2142-6 and R.2142-7 of the public procurement code, a minimum turnover is required of 20,000,000 euro(s) in view of the complexity of execution of the market over the last 3 years. The duration of the contract runs from notification until the end of the perfect completion guarantee. The forecast time complete is 16 months and acceptance of the work must take place no later than 08/10/27
