Description:
The purpose of the contract is the design, construction, equipment, installation, maintenance and dismantling of Cotes du Rhone bars for events dedicated to the AOC and set up by the inter-professional association in the Rhone Valley.
Lot 1 - ALPE D'HUEZ INTERNATIONAL COMEDY FILM FESTIVAL
THE Alpe d'Huez International Comedy Film Festival, the first major cinema event of the year, and the only major event dedicated to comedy films and current events. Purpose of the contract:
Design and layout of an indoor wine bar
Design and layout of a Master space Class
Setting up an outdoor wine bar
Lot 2 - LIVE FROM COTES DU RHONE
This event constitutes a highlight of Inter Rhone's communication strategy, aiming to promote the Cotes du Rhone appellation in its priority markets and to strengthen its presence in the minds of consumers, professionals and prescribers. Purpose of the contract:
Design and layout of 22 AOC bars.
Design and layout of 10 food stands.
Design and development of a wine school.
Design and layout of an artists' dressing room space.
Design and layout of 2 reception areas.
Layout of an 8x4m stage.
Setting up a partner area (counter, electrical connection)
Logistics / general layout.
