- Real estate and energy master plans are a prospective decision-making tool intended to better manage real estate assets in order to maintain them in good condition, improve their quality of use, rationalize their occupancy, strengthen their energy performance and thus control their overall cost.
The SDIEs constitute an essential prerequisite for undertaking energy renovation work on the built heritage that the members of SIGERLy will have to implement over the coming decades, because these documents establish in particular a clear targeting of assets concerned and forecast deadlines.
This is why SIGERLy wishes to help its members engage in the design and monitoring of the execution of such tools.
Two lots are planned, differentiating the purchasing technique and the number of beneficiaries depending on the maturity level of the members of SIGERLy.
Design services, and where applicable execution monitoring, of the SDIE for members of the union who do not have consolidated asset or energy data or who have not set up an internal organization dedicated to the management and monitoring of the SDIE project, or to the validation of deliverables.
This lot covers in particular situations in which the members concerned:
- do not have recent diagnostics, audits or technical plans;
- have incomplete consumption or occupancy data;
