Description:
Design and organization of a managers' seminar for approximately 280 employees of the BGPN branch. The seminar must be carried out in Europe.
This consultation includes the costs (airfare included in the overall price).
These services consist of providing:
- The creation of the red thread seminumum to scroll throughout the event. A unique and logical creative idea that expresses and becomes the message that will remain in people's minds afterwards.
- Management and support before, during and after the seminar
- Guest logistics: creation of an invitation management websitevery simple, visual, allowing at least the sending of invitations, the management of reminders, return listings, eating habits and choice of activities / Pricing, reservation and management of transfers (according to the destination and program proposals) : Travel requiredTryouts to activities and dinners must be limited and form part of a coherent approach to time management (Not too much driving for activities and dinners) and limiting the environmental impact / coordination and management of guests before, during and after the seminar;
- Theticketing: flight charter and/or provision of advantageous pricing on scheduled flights, reservation and provision of air and rail tickets (depending on the destinations and programs offered);
