This consultation follows the declaration without follow-up of Market Notice 2023/S 100-309806 of the same title sent on 05/20/2023 and published on 05/25/2023.
Design and organization of a managers' seminar for approximately 280 employees of the BGPN branch.
The seminar must be carried outn Europe.
This consultation includes costs (airfare included in the overall price).
These services consist of providing:
- The creation of the common seminar thread to be scrolled throughout the event. A creative, unique and logical idea that expresses and becomes the message that will remain in people's minds.laughs. ;
- Piloting and support before, during and after the seminar;
- Logistics concerning the guests:
• creation of a very simple invitation management website, allowing at least the sending of invitations, the management of reminders, return listings, habits alfood and choice of activities;
• Pricing, reservation and management of transfers according to the proposed destinations and programs: The trips necessary for activities and dinners must be limited and be part of a coherent time management approach; took ittaking into account the environmental impact;
• Coordination and management of guests before, during and after the seminar;
- Ticketing: flight charter and/or provision of advantageous pricing on scheduled flights, reservation and provision of tickets air and rail transport...
