Description:
The purpose of this consultation is, the design and manufacture of two prototypes of probes (a wired probe an autonomous probe), in order to develop an in-situ temperature gradient measurement tool in sediments and suitable for use with the ROVS of the French fleet.The main goal is to meet a need for the French scientific community which wishes to detect and study heat and fluid transfers at the bottom of the oceans (hydrothermal circulation, fluid oozing, flaws, etc.) The present market is mixed, it takes part in the formof a flat-rate market, and in part the form of a framework agreement with mono-attribute order form without minimum amount and with maximum amount per lot.
