Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the design of written communication media as well as the digital and offset printing of written communication media and ancillary services for the needs of SIARCE. This market takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, single-awardee, concluded without a minimum amount, and with a maximum amount of 40,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per year. The maximum amount for each lot is 20,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax/year (no minimum). It will give rise to the issuance of vouchers order. It is broken down into two lots. Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for both lots. They have the possibility of being awarded both lots. Each batch takes effect from April 7, 2026 (subject to notification to this date), for a period of 1 year. It may be renewed twice for a period of 1 year, by tacit agreement. Delivery times are mentioned on the order forms.
