• Design and construction of a Logistics Platform of 9,456m2 (+/-15%) with land or rehabilitation of an existing building in a geographical area located in the St Etienne intra-muros sector, Talaudiere or St Priest en Jarez area, close to the main A72 and N88 roads, with roads authorized for heavy goods vehicles.
  BEFA project with VEFA option.
  The project should make it possible to integrate the industrial process of La Poste over 9,456m2 (+/-15%) operating areas including 815m2 of tertiary areas; parking requirements are 73 outdoor LCV parking spaces and/or interior including 68 spaces for 8m3 vehicles; 11 heavy goods vehicle/swap body platforms; 1 single-storey dock on the heavy goods vehicle yard; 10 sectional loading doors reserved for light vehicles (depending on configuration of LCV parking); 151 VL parking spaces for staff including 3 disabled places; 2 heavy goods vehicle parking spaces; 3 swap body parking spaces; 2 spaces for Log'Issimo vehicles (3 m x 6.5 m). The Project Owner is open to any alternative solution that can meet the requirements of this functional need, however any application outside the mentioned perimeter will be declared inadmissible.
