• Design and construction of a Logistics Platform of 9,456m² (+/-15%) with land or rehabilitation of an existing building in a geographical area located in the St Etienne intra-muros sector, Talaudière or St Priest en Jarez area, near major roads A72 and N88, with roads authorized for heavy goods vehicles. Project in BEFA. The project should make it possible to integrate La Poste's industrial process over 9,456m² (+/-15%) of operating space, including 815m² of tertiary space; the requirements of parking are 73 outdoor and/or indoor VUL parking spaces including 68 spaces for 8m3 vehicles; 11 heavy goods vehicle/swap body platforms; 1 single-storey dock on the heavy goods vehicle yard; 10 sectional loading doors reserved for vehicles light (depending on configuration of VUL parking lots); 151 light vehicle parking spaces for staff including 3 disabled spaces; 2 heavy goods vehicle parking spaces; 3 swap body parking spaces; 2 spaces for Log-Issimo vehicles (3 m x 6.5 m). Mastery Project is open to any alternative solution that can meet the requirements of this functional need, however any application outside the mentioned scope will be declared inadmissible. The land or building proposed must have sufficient capacity to meet the requirements of the project (Building surface area, number of parking spaces and associated traffic aisles, number of heavy goods/light vehicle platforms including turnaround areas...
