Description: This Consultation focuses on the design, acquisition and exploitation of a complete virtual reality solution at first time, different EPHADS structures in the territory of the Hauts de Seine but may be expanded to residences autonomy and can be experienced in schools. The expected service delivery includes a project component that allows the startup of "Establish" a virtual reality pack "all in one" including hardware, the management application of the helmets, the administration web platform and Management of helmets and content but also a set of existing contents and the development of content according to projects and the audiences concerned and the outsourcing of this innovative device.
