This notice calls for the commissioning of a works contract within the framework of the desaturation and renovation project for the Neuilly Plaisance Line A RER station.
Lot 2: Passenger building 1 and platforms
The work in this lot consists of modifying the main access to the Voyageur Building (BV1) and the platforms, over their entire length and in both directions.
The works will be carried out in an urban site and in an active RER station, with little space for the construction site, most of the interventions are planned to be carried out during night hours.
Approximate quantities:
Demolition of asphalt and reinstallation of asphalt 1800m2
Supply and installation of glazing 425m2
Metal cladding 1000m2
Repainting 1700m2
Redevelopment of premises 170m2
Lot 3: Passenger building 2
The work of this lot consists of the creation of the main access to the Voyageur Building (BV2), the demolition of the existing access, the creation of new premises and the creation of commercial premises.
