- The missions entrusted to the service provider include: the completion of the Studies and Works Detailed work schedules concerning the work under MOA SERL. The coordination of companies involved on behalf of the SERL, as well as the consistency of these interventions with regard to the ongoing sites in the ZAC - Treatment of internal and external interfaces. The collection of all the information necessary for the coordination of the various sites on the ZAC. The realization and updating of a global work schedule for the whole ZAC. The realization of detailed planning over 2 to 3 years with update in a semi -annual manner. The realization of a phasing and the control plans of the different sites for the whole of the ZAC with update as much as necessary of the areas under construction or which evolve, showing the PL, VL, TC, TC circulation. Ensemble of the interactions linked to the work on public rights -of -way and the constructions of buildings under various contracting authorities, in particular the definition of site footprises, access and any common spaces, as well as the bank interfaces ...
