this consultation relates to the conclusion of a framework agreement of mastery servicesMulti-attribute work on the Bouches du Rhone and Vaucluse departments, executable by the conclusion of subsequent markets or purchase orders, with a maximum amount of 4,000,000 euros HT over its alleged total duration of 5 years and without minimum amount. Expected MOE serviceswill fit into the production of energy production power plant (s), heat and / or cold distribution networks (including topography, geodetection and optical fiber) and delivery stations by Dalkia or any company dedicated to the project that would replace it.The expected services of the MOE will consist in the realization of the study phases for the production center (s) and/or the distribution networks and/or subtitles of delivery for projects that could be entrusted to Dalkia or a company that would replace it intargeted geographic areas, namely APD, PRO, DCE, ACT and VISA. The missions of monitoring work for the production center (s) of production and/or distribution networks and/or delivery under delivery stations namely Det, OPC, AOR and DOE are also to be considered as being expected from theMoe. The MOE will have to take into account the exchanges and meetings with the services of the AMO, the ANRU, Drac, GRDF and all the other dealers or delegate authority of the areas concerned.
