Description:
Demonstration of Spontanee - Eupec interest
The land, located on the public domain of the GPMD, could be made available to the beneficiary in the form of an authorization to occupy the public domain, the main characteristics of which are taken up below:
- The beneficiary could have of a real right on the works, constructions and installations that he will carry out, in compliance with articles L. 2122-6 and following of the general code of ownership of public people.
- The beneficiary will have the ability to offer the purchase of the building property of the GPMD
- The Convention could be granted and granted for a long time, depending on the characteristics of the title and the projected investments
- The agreement could provide for its taxibility at first request from the beneficiary under the conditions to be defined between the parties.
- The convention could grant the possibility to set up a sub-occupation.
In return for the occupation of the GPMD public area, the beneficiary will pay a fee which will take into account the advantages of any kind provided due to the occupation and the use of this field.
