- The project concerns the construction of a cinema of 3 rooms (1 room with 190 places, 1 room with 142 seats and 1 room with 67 seats). The equipment will include a 130 m2 coffee cinema as well as all the support premises necessary for the operation of the equipment (Ticketing Confectionery, Interior, sanitary, technical rooms). All of the useful areas programmed are around 1008 m2 (a floor area of around 1292 m2). Prior to construction work, the dismantling, the deplics and demolition of the buildings are planned. occupying the plot. These buildings represent a grip on the ground of approximately 550 m2. For a provisional basis, the preliminary work, objects of this consultation, should begin the 03/11/2025
