Description:
Single demolition batch including non -dissociable structural work services. The works being the subject of the consultation is the first phase of work of the overall development work in the center of Paizay-le-Tort, to intervene to follow, in 2026. The demolition is total on a large part du batiment qui est un ancien restaurant et partielle sur une partie comprenant une cave (conservation de la dalle et d'une partie des murs constituant le sous-bassement des terres retenues au-dessus). The project and the site include an environmental issue linked to the presence of bats in the cellar (protected species). A cottage in bats will also be built later on part of the preserved slab. The execution plans are borne by the company. Note, the presence of asbestos in the glazing putty joints; no lead detected
