- At the request of the metropolis and in connection with the National Agency for Urban Renewal (ANRU), Alliade Habitat, IRA, and LMH coordinated in order to demolish the Paul Santy residence located 108, 110 and 112 avenue Paul Santy, Lyon 8th. The demolishing building is a residential building with commercial premises in the DRC. It includes 11 levels (R+10 rising on an ground floor), and consists of 3 aisles or 131 dwellings with cellars in the basement. The alleys 108 and 110 were the subject of demolition work in 2024-2025. Allée 112 is owned by IRA, but the ground floor also houses the kitchen of the EHPAD Madeleine Caille, a building attached to the demolishing building and property of LMH. Part of the basement of Allée 112 also houses technical premises, networks and technical equipment necessary for the operation of the EHPAD.
