Description:
The consultation is carried out in the form of a market with suitable procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. This market is concluded with unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. The framework agreementis tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The deadlines for performing or delivery of the services are set at eachOrder form in accordance with the stipulations of parts in the framework agreement. The attention of candidates is drawn to the fact that any irregular or unacceptable offer may be regularized during negotiation, and that only an irregular offer can be regularized in the absence of negotiation.On the other hand, any inappropriate offer will be systematically eliminated. After examining the offers, the contracting authority will initiate negotiations with the best candidatesselected.
