Description:
The purpose of this market is to define the demolition and reconstruction work of the Hangar of the Ferme des Tournelles (located 3 rue des Fermes). This new construction, located at the western corner of the site, of an area of 310m2, made up of a total DRC and a partial mezzanine, is dedicatedTo accommodate a second multipurpose room. This work operation will be the last branch of the overall rehabilitation operation of the farm and will constitute the last element of the cultural center of the Tournelles farm whose total final surface will be increased to 1,842m2. The projectEssentially includes: -The demolition of the entire existing hangar -The demolition of all existing paving -The creation of a new building to accommodate a second multipurpose room of approximately 220m2 with exhibition hall, technical management and reheating office -peripheral outdoor spaces
