Description:
This framework agreement concerns the delivery of meals in cold connection for the reception establishments of young municipal children, or 4 structures, for a total capacity of 222 places. Meals must be adapted to the age of the children welcomed (5 to 8 months, 9 to 12 months, 3 to 18 months, 18 months to 3 years old).
The holder must also ensure the supply of water to accompany meals, for bottles as well as for snacks.
The details of the services that will be borne by the holder is in the CCP and the BPU.
This framework agreement follows the declaration without Continuation for the main reason for the general interest of the market n 2025-17 having as its object the delivery of meals in cold connection for the municipal structures of the early childhood of the city of the pavilions-sous-bois in order to redefine the need of the buyer (ad n 25-52543 published on 05/11/2025 at the Boamp and Ad n 307318-2025 published on 05/13/2025 on the cheek).
