Description:
This framework agreement concerns the delivery of meals in cold connection for the reception establishments of young municipal children, or 4 structures, for a total capacity of 222 places. Meals must be adapted to the age of the children welcomed (5 to 8 months, 9 to 12 months, 3 to 18months, 18 months to 3 years old). The holder must also provide water as well as substitutions meals in the event of food allergy and in particular in the event of a diet requiring the eviction of cow's milk proteins. The details of the services that will be borne by the holder is in the CCPand the BPU. In accordance with article R. 2123-1 3 of the public procurement code, this framework agreement is subject to an adapted procedure; It concerns specific services appearing in the list annexed to the public procurement code. It is subject to advertising methods in accordance withArticle R. 2131-15 of the public procurement code.
