Main features:
Aeroports de la Cote d'Azur, manager of Nice Cote d'Azur Airport, wishes to call on a service provider to carry out the contract for goods transport services in the basement of Terminal 2 of Nice Cote d'Azur airport.
There This consultation consists of a fixed price part as well as a unit price part, constituting a framework agreement executed via the issuance of purchase orders (for the unit part only). In accordance with article R.2162-2 of the public procurement code, the contract implies the establishment of a framework agreement with a single operator.
The conditions of implementation appear in the CCAP.
In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is entered into without a minimum, and is governed by a maximum amount of €100,000 excluding tax, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, all renewals included.
