Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to the award of a
Public service delegation, for a period of 5 years, for the management of an inter -municipal resource located at the inter -municipal ZAE La Jarrie in Dolus d'Oleron.
Delegation of public service for the operation of the resourcery
THE Delegatee will be responsible for exploiting the resourcery at its risk for a period of 5 years. For the exercise of his mission, he will be authorized to collect from users a price intended to remunerate his services. He will have to manage the service while respecting his environmental vocations and social. This intercommunal equipment must meet the following objectives: Participate in waste prevention by re -use or reuse of objects; participate in the development of economic activity by creating a new service for users and by creation insertion jobs; Propose goods at reduced prices. He will be responsible for: for home collection and potentially in recycling centers (option) of selected objects and their transport to the resourcery, as well as the collection of objects deposited in the resourcery by users directly ; of their rehabilitation for their re -use by sale or donation (sorting, test, cleaning, dismantling for reuse in spare parts, repair (furniture and cycles); their promotion and marketing within the space for the sale of the resourcery and by any other means a...
