Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to continue the exploitation of a small tourist train in Cordes-sur-Ciel.
As part of the concession contract, the main missions entrusted to the delegate are:
-The implementation and operation of a person's transport service,Road train, called "shuttle", during the tourist season - or from Easter to the All Saints holidays - to ensure the rise of visitors to the city of Cordes sur heaven;
- the possible implementation of a second little train for a "commented circuit";
- The delegate provides theMaterial, ensures its maintenance, recruits, trains, supervises its staff by ensuring that the latter meets the requirements of the transport of people;
- Administrative and financial management of the service (Ticketing management; communication measures aimed at promoting the service)
-The reception and quality of the service rendered to users (reception / public information; quality of the tourist circuits offered; guarantee attractive pricing for users; offer quality comments on places of passage; rotations offered in tourist season)
-The maintenance in perfect condition of the equipment (supply of the equipment necessary for the operation of the service; general maintenance and current maintenance of the equipment; compliance with health and security standards)
