Description:
The management of the delegated service includes operation, including in particular: maintenance and monitoring of unitary networks and associated structures (basins, grids and drains, etc.), maintenance and monitoring of separate wastewater collection networks and network accessories, the maintenance and monitoring of wastewater and sludge treatment installations, the monitoring and control of possible discharges from structures into the natural environment, the search for anomalies likely to disrupt the proper functioning of the service and the resorption of these situations in the limits defined by the contract, the elimination of waste and other by-products according to channels compliant with regulations, the services linked to the evacuation and elimination of sewage sludge in accordance with the provisions of the contract, the carrying out of the work charged to the Delegated by the contract and its subsequent amendments, the management of relations with users of the service throughout the duration of the contract, information and technical assistance from the Community to enable it to control the service, in particular by the transmission of precise and reliable, on an ancillary basis, the maintenance and monitoring of the Collectivity's separative rainwater networks and their ancillary works.
