Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the delegation of the public collective sanitation service of the Community of Communes of the Pays d'Ancenis in the territory of the municipalities of Ancenis-Saint-Gereon, Couffe, La Roche-Blanche, Le Cellier, Ligne, Mesanger, Oudon and Pouille-les-Coteaux (Lot 1) andIngrandes-le-Fresne-sur-Loire, Joue-sur-Erdre, Le Pin, Loireauxence, Montrelais, Mouzeil, Panne, Riaille, Teille, Trans-sur-Erdre, Vair-sur-Loire and Vallons-de-l'ERdre (Lot 2).
Consultation is carried out in accordance with the procedural rules provided for by the Public Order Code (CCP) andArticles L.1410-1 et seq. R.1410-1 et seq., L.1411-1 et seq. And R.1411-1 et seq. Of the general code of local authorities (CGCT).
