Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the delegation of the public collective sanitation and non -collective sanitation service.
Consultation is carried out in accordance with the procedural rules provided for by the public procurement code (CCP) and articles L.1410-1 et seq.following, l.1411-1 et seq. R.1411-1 et seq. Of the general code of local authorities (CGCT).
Delegation of the public service for collective sanitation and non-collective sanitation
The management of the delegated service includes the exploitation, maintenance and monitoring of networksDistribution of wastewater collection and network accessories, including recovery and discharge stations; maintenance and monitoring of wastewater treatment and sludge treatment facilities; the elimination of waste and other by-products as well as transport, evacuation andthe elimination of sludge produced according to sectors in accordance with the regulations; Management linked to the public non -collective sanitation service according to the conditions defined in the contract; carrying out work under the conditions defined by the contract and its subsequent modifications; the management of relations with users of the public collective sanitation service and the public non -collective sanitation service; information and technical assistance to the community to enable it to control the service, in particular by the transmission of precise data andreliable...
