- The purpose of this consultation is to award a delegated production contract for festivals and catering corresponding to the following missions: - delegated production: technical design of the event (study and preparation of technical needs, governance and working method, planningtion, design and drafting of the safety file), technical preparation and production (site development, operation, dismantling, etc.). This mission involves an intertwined set of technical management, general management and production logistics services as well as pleftovers for the supply of materials.- Catering: Offer complete catering, called "catering", essentially composed of hot meals or cold buffets, intended for artists, technicians and supervisory teams, participating in the organization of the 2 festivals
