- The purpose of this consultation is a framework agreement relating to consulting services in marketing positioning and communication strategy, creation of promotional materials and operational implementation of a Talents and Health attractiveness campaign for the Cotes d 'Armor.
Perinitial iodine (until December 31, 2024): definition of the marketing strategy, the 3-year action plan and the implementation of operations over the first year (2024) of the Talents and Health attractiveness campaign, assigned for a maximum amount of €155,000 excluding tax.
Renewal 2025: adaptation of thecommunication plan and operational implementation of actions over the second year of the campaign, allocated a maximum amount of €140,000 excluding tax.
2026 renewal: adaptation of the communication plan and operational implementation of actions over the third year of the campaign, assigned an maximum amount of € 140,000 excl. Tax
