Description:
The market includes a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches:
- Firm phase (TF): Treatment of concentrated pollution zones (except zone SD22-ST15-ST38), prior to construction work on the media library.
- Optional tranche 1 (TO1): Treatment of zone SD22-ST15-ST38, localized on the eastern edge of the site, concurrently with construction work on the media library.-
- Optional phase 2 (TO2): Treatment of pollution during the development work of the media library.
The market is treated at mixed prices.
The firm tranche and the optional tranche n1 are treated at a price unitary and fixed prices
Optional tranche no. 2 is processed according to the provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Order Code Public and has no minimum amount. The maximum amount is set at 700,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The services will be carried out in accordance to purchase orders issued as part of the contract
