Deconstruction work, asbestos removal, lead management and cleaning of the superstructure of buildings located at 7, Rue Alphonse DAUDET, 107 to 117 Rue Roger SALENGRO, 2 to 8 Rue Germain PILON in Drancy (93700).
leading to the demolition of the entire superstructure of the buildings. As the site is in an urban environment, the main constraints will be in particular: - The deconstruction of the adjoining parts; - The management of the joint ownership, property boundary with the residential wall; - The management of the safety and security at the edge of the construction site and the neighborhood; - Dust management on a site located in a very urbanized environment; - Control of nuisances linked to asbestos removal and demolition work; - Coactivity with the Lot I of Zac Gaston construction site located opposite for construction of a Gymnasium and 43 housing units. The phasing is planned as follows: - Cleaning of unsanitary buildings; - Asbestos removal; - Cleaning (including lead risk management); - Demolition.
